Soul Convergence will be represented by Spellbinding Sherry at Hawkfest Yule Drum and Dance Festival December 5-8, 2019 at the beautiful Maddox Ranch located at 2505 Bella Vista Street in Lakeland, Florida. (you'll find the Hawkfest Drum and Dance Yule Festival link included at the bottom of this post, just below the image, below) Festival attendees enjoy primitive camping (hot showers are on site) at Maddox, which is a lovely ranch whose work is a focus on rescuing farm animals (though the animals mostly remain beyond the festival space). Participants have the benefit of dancing and drumming together throughout the night, around a fire held as sacred. During the daylight hours attendees may choose to participate in a variety of workshops, including Sherry's. The schedule has yet to be announced but you'll find those
specifics updated here as soon as possible.
Mandalas with Spellbinding Sherry:
Some folks choose to create a mandala as a prayer of manifestation, validation, invocation, calming, focus, or for many other reasons. Once the tools to do so are in place then one can most fluidly tap into Source to empower their intention in the doings. During this workshop we'll create a mandala using pencils on paper. There's no need to have any drawing experience. Everyone can do this and Sherry will provide the pencils and paper (though you're welcome to bring your own, if you prefer to do so). For those who have an artist's compass, you may find it helpful to use, so bring one along if you tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. All that's really needed though, is your interest in bringing your Self to your design work.
