What to retain and what to relinquish
When you have practiced moderation you have found yourself balanced, recognizing which indulgences (these may be interactions, habits or situations) increase your wellness and those which bowl you over. With this awareness it has become increasingly clear how best to move beyond the ones which no longer benefit you in any way. Relinquishing those specifics help you rise above your traumas as you commit yourself to that which you are ready to fully invest. Doing so creates a balance which heals you. As you heal yourself in these ways you’ll find others you care for are nourished too.
